Our Story
Started by Three Rescue Cats
Hi there, Cat Moms and Dads!
We are a family-owned and operated cat boarding establishment located in the west of Melbourne. We’re a crazy cat family with three adorable cats—Charlie, Riley, and Gucci—who were adopted from the shelter. We've always dreamed of owning a cat business, and we took a big leap to make this dream a reality.
Starting this journey was no walk in the park—endless paperwork and countless roadblocks along the way. There were many moments when we almost gave up. It took us almost a year to finally open our doors and welcome all the kitties of Victoria.
We strive to be the most premium and one-of-a-kind cat boarding facility in all of Melbourne, ensuring every kitty feels at home when their parents are away.

How do I book a stay or a tour?

Can I tour the hotel before booking?
Yes — we welcome tours so you can see the suites and meet the team before your cat's first stay.
Is the 24/7 camera included in the price?
The live camera is an optional add-on for only $20 per a booking.
What do I need to bring for my cat?
Proof that your cats have been vaccinated in the last 12 months, any medication and a favourite blanket or toy if they have one — we'll take care of the rest.
Can you administer medication?
Yes, just let us know at the time of booking so we can plan for it.
What's your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive for the booking, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking amount.
- For bookings that include any dates during the Easter or Christmas peak periods, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to check-in. Failure to make payment by this time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
- For bookings that include any dates during the Easter or Christmas peak periods, cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount.
